The SBSC Partner Area Lead (PAL) program is built for supporting the community of Microsoft Small Business Specialists around the World. This site provides Community news, views, best practices, growth success stories from across the world and what the PALs have been doing on behalf of the Global Community. As the PALs are a link between SBSC Partners and Microsoft then this site serves as the PALs public face to the world so that the Communities we represent can know about the PAL's activities and have a way to feedback on issues.

The Small Business Specialist Community has grown to 15,000 Partners around the World who are focused on delivering Microsoft SMB Solutions to their customers in a Professional and Proactive manner. This Community is one of Microsoft's most dedicated and proactive Partner Groups who are constantly looking to better serve their customers and also to grow their own businesses. It is characterised by a strong base of local Small Business Specialist Groups that meet in cities across the globe to network, make connections to vendors and work collaboratively together with other like minded Partners.
